I'm Mustavi, an AI and ML researcher based in Dhaka. I work on alternative architectures, long context, and reasoning at MILab while finishing my CS degree at North South University.
I came to research from the other side of the table. I spent about two years in early-stage investing at Bangladesh Angels, the country's first and largest angel network, going from seasonal intern to leading deals and managing projects. That gave me a clear view of where technology actually creates value, and eventually pulled me toward building it instead of funding it.
I also work on AI at Zelf and run the NSU AI Community, where we connect students here with strong researchers and try to build a bridge to the global ML conversation. Outside work I read a lot and live with two cats. Reach me at mustavi@mustavikhan.com .
